Optimanova Solutions is an international digital marketing agency based in Puerto de la Cruz in Tenerife, founded over 10 years ago by former Google employees. We specialize in providing tailored solutions to businesses of all sizes.

We're looking for an experienced SEO Manager to join our team and develop and execute innovative SEO strategies for both B2B and B2C clients in lead generation and e-commerce on a national and international level. You will work closely with the Project Manager and develop customized plans that align with their goals. To do so you’ll be analyzing data and providing insights to optimize their online presence.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct SEO audits
Conduct keyword research and analysis
Optimize website content and structure
Develop and execute link-building strategies
Analyze and report on website performance and KPIs
Perform on-page and off-page optimization
Monitor and analyze competitor websites and strategies
Collaborate with other teams, such as Paid Search to ensure a cohesive strategy
Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices

Required Qualifications:

Must-Haves:
Fluent in English to communicate effectively
Proven experience in SEO, data analytics, and UX basics
Results-oriented with the ability to multitask, adapt to changing priorities, and meet deadlines
Structured and responsible way of working
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice-to-Haves:
Familiarity with industry-standard SEO tools and software such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, Moz, and Ahrefs
Additional language proficiency
IT skills (SQL, HTML, CSS basics)
Experience working collaboratively with teams, such as Paid Search
Relevant certifications in SEO or digital marketing
Experience with PPC advertising platforms
