Profile requirements:
• Restaurant management training.
• Minimum experience of 3 to 4 years in a similar position.
• Demonstrable skills in wine selection and sales
• High level of English is essential.
• Other languages ​​will be assessed (French, German or Italian).


Principal functions:
- Manange, organize and control the restaurant
- Take food and drink orders and give menu suggestions to customers.
- manage stocks and be responsible for ordering supplies
- Carry out monthly and quarterly inventories of stocks and merchandise.
- Comply with and enforce quality, safety and health, environment and data protection standards
in accordance with the procedures established by the organization.
