We are one of the leading independent international groups in today´s fast-developing global wine industry. United Wineries has been operating in the Nordics successfully for many years.
We are now looking for a person to be responsible for the sales in Nordics. The person will take over responsibility of the Sales driving breakthrough performance.

• In charge of THC/UW Sales in Norway, Sweden and Finland.
• In charge of direct sales to the Monopolies (several fixed listings) and through distributors, depending on current route-to market in these countries. He/she will propose new RTM or partners if needed to manage the business in the Nordics more efficiently/successfully.
• Use current monopoly sales models to analyse our performance and competitor’s one and take pricing decisions.
• Build winning Annual Sales Plans for the Nordics and for those countries/portfolios we are working together with a partner (distributor), to agree this Annual Plan with them and ensure a successful implementation.
• In charge of the Promotional Plan for every market/distributor.
• Fully responsible for the P&L of the Nordic countries, reporting Sales, prices, investments, etc. regularly.
• To be able to anticipate trends in the market/monopoly and build successful strategies to maximise market opportunities.
• Work closely with the rest of Sales Directors/Country Managers and with the teams in Spain (Trade Marketing, Administration, Production, etc.).

We are looking for a person who speaks Norwegian or Swedish and English. The ideal candidate will also meet the following requirements (check next page):

• University Degree. Preferably in Business / Statistics / Maths.
• Advance knowledge in the use of databases, spreadsheets and complex numerical models. Analytical techniques and methodology, ability to work with numbers.
• Experience/knowledge in the Nordics and in alcoholic drinks businesses that sell through the monopoly/on-trade. Experience in dealing with distributors.
• A strong capacity of engaging and influencing people.
• High grade of Effort and commitment.
• The ability to present/communicate on analytical subjects to people with all levels of understanding.
• The ability to work in a team environment.
• Pro-activity. Willing.
• Good communication and organisation skills.
• The ability to think ahead and adapt to change.
• Strong Commercial skills
• Sales and P&L previous responsibility in large businesses.
• Experience in market research and analysis information within the Nordic monopoly.
• Languages: Norwegian/Swedish/Finish is absolutely necessary. Spanish is highly valued.
