MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

- Client check-in / Check-out
- Helping the Commercial department with renting apartments.
- Making reservations.
- Control and noting down of payments.
- Make invoices.
- Control of all the apartments that are available for rental.
- Supervising reservations and checking that the price and minimum stay in each apartment is correct.
- Responding to any doubts that the receptions in the apartments may have about reservations and clients.
- Responding to any questions that clients may have about their reservation and the payment.
- Giving necessary information to the commercial department about administrative questions regarding reservations.
- Support to the commercial department about apartment rentals.
- Coordination with cleaning team.

Requisitos:

- Fluent Spanish and English speak and write desirable Italian.
- Knowledge of Excel and Word.
- Desirable knowledge in management software of tourist apartments, knowledge of extranets of channels and apps.
- Necessary to realize agreement of practices of the School / University, which accredits the practices.

La formación requerida para el puesto es de Licenciado / Grado.
El contrato será de tipo Temporal.
El trabajo se desarrollará en IBIZA, Illes Balears.
La jornada será Completa.
