OUR SCHOOL
The English Workshop (1987) is a small English language school in Arganda del Rey, Madrid – Population 60,000. Half an hour to the centre of Madrid by Metro/Tube/Subway.
We provide quality English Language Teaching (General English and English for Specific Purposes, usually business) to children, adolescents and adults. In-Centre we presently serve approximately 400 students (50% children, 30% adolescents, and 20% adults). Class size is limited to a maximum of 12 children, 10 adolescents or adults. Most of our teaching schedules are Monday to Thursday 16:00 – 22:00.
Note: We ONLY employ EU residents with valid work permits.
We are looking for teachers willing to commit for a complete school year.

WE OFFER:
The friendliness and support you need to grow and develop as a teacher: initial and in-course teacher orientation and training, interactive whiteboards, computers with internet access, online platform for student coursework. Dedicated classrooms with appropriate course material, workspace and facilities to carry out duties effectively. Specified teaching hours per course (often block hours).
A competitive salary based on qualifications and experience - Social Security, paid holiday entitlement, severance payments, etc.). In-centre classes and/or company classes. Part-time and full-time positions.

REQUIREMENTS:
Native English Speaker or Proficiency level in English (certified C2).
A recognised TEFL qualification (CELTA or equivalent) and/or formal qualifications such as a university degree.
Enthusiasm and experience in teaching English.
Spanish Child Protection Certificate.

El contrato será de tipo Temporal.
Se solicita una experiencia mínima de 1 Año.
Se requiere formación de algún tipo acorde al puesto solicitado.
Salario en el tramo de 12.000-18.000€.
El trabajo se desarrollará en Arganda del Rey, Madrid.
El puesto a desempeñar es de profesor inglés.
